What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. Monthly and annual billing available — pay for 11 months, get 12 (1 month free).
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit carries forward.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Your patient data is yours. After cancellation, you can export all data as CSV. We retain data for 90 days before deletion, giving you time to reconsider or export.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Pay for 11 months, get 12 — that is 1 month free. Starter at Rs 908/month (billed Rs 10,989/year) and Professional at Rs 1,817/month (billed Rs 21,989/year).
What if I want to downgrade?
