1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MedKyo ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If using the Service on behalf of a clinic, you represent authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
MedKyo provides cloud-based and offline-capable clinic management including patient management, queue management, AI-assisted prescriptions, billing, WhatsApp integration, and analytics for licensed medical practitioners.
3. Eligibility
Available to licensed medical practitioners registered with the appropriate medical council in India and their authorised staff. You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Account Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Ensure only authorised staff access your account
- Responsibility for accuracy of patient data entered
- Compliance with medical record-keeping regulations
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in INR. Cancel anytime — takes effect at end of billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
6. Data Ownership
All patient data remains the property of the clinic. MedKyo acts as a data processor on behalf of the clinic (data fiduciary) per the DPDP Act 2023. You may export your data at any time.
7. AI-Assisted Prescriptions
AI suggestions are a clinical decision support tool, not a substitute for medical judgement. The prescribing doctor is solely responsible for verifying all prescriptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MedKyo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
